Shipping policy

Every Wander Studio piece is printed after you place your order, so each one goes through two steps before it reaches you: production, then delivery.

Production time
Most orders are printed and packed within 2–7 business days. Some products may take a little longer during busy seasons.

Delivery time
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. They're estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays can happen, especially around holidays.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Any current free shipping offers are listed at the top of our site.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow it along the way.

Orders with several items
Our products are made by different print partners, so if you order more than one item, your pieces may arrive in separate packages and on different days.

Shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to change an address once an order has moved into production, and we can't cover replacements for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Customs and import fees (Canada)
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by local authorities. These fees are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days, or your tracking hasn't updated in a long time, contact us through our Contact page and we'll help track it down and find a solution.
