Returns & Refunds
Every Wander Studio piece is printed just for you after you place your order. Because each item is made to order, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please double-check your product, size or phone model, and shipping address before checking out.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, it moves into production and can no longer be changed or cancelled.
Damaged, defective, or misprinted items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Contact page, and include:
- your order number
- a clear photo of the issue (and of the packaging, if it arrived damaged)
Lost packages
If your tracking shows no movement for an unusually long time, or your order hasn't arrived, reach out and we'll help track it down and find a solution.
What we can't cover
We're not able to offer replacements or refunds for orders placed with the wrong product, size, or phone model, or for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
